After toying with a ton of things, I can reproduce this over and over (but 6 attacks for all 4 dead I've only done maybe 3 times). It's a combination of a bunch of stat modifiers: (tree-Body) Juggernaut (+10% damage), (tree-Body) Breakthrough (-40% enemy armor after hitting with strong attack), Blunt Weapon tier 5++ and the mods are key (slot 1: KO - want damage increase and stun chance, slot 2: Barbarian - +40% damage on stunned enemies).... For quick deleting Maxtac I now repeat what I did in this video, but got lucky that I got all 4 kills with just 6 attacks. Always same though: 1st MT lands on ground I pop sandy and hit health, throw nade at left side of group and then throw electric axe at head (preferably at the Heavy) because that shared shock stuns the group (making strong attacks following even more powerful), Strong attack one (usually 1st strong swing goes from right to left) I make sure to hit multiple targets, by now the nade should have exploded preferably keeping them in a tight group so I do strong attack two (usually left to right this time) and make sure to hit multiple targets. By now ALL FOUR should be stunned, with the mods on the bat/blunt weapon, with them stunned and having blunt weapon finishers activated I do 'finisher' swing on the group (typically you'll only hit 2, but can get lucky if they grouped small). With all modifiers involved at this point these 2 finisher swings are extremely powerful (I haven't done the math yet, but I would suspect it's taking off over 900 health from each Maxtac Operator hit).
Ok so I was curious myself about my "assumed" damage per swing was in other reply so I turned on all damage numbers..... the finisher SWING (not the one that actually kills enemy with animation) does over 7,000 damage! lol wtf. I thought it was closer to 900, lmfao, way off
@@YuckyBubbles 7000???? WTF bro. ??? Wild. Thanks for explaining this is alot. Do u have phantom library. A lot of ppl got the relics buffs I dont have. Ik a fast way to take out Mac tech. You use the laser grenade and the Monowire with beserk. I took them out around maybe the same time as u I gotta roll the tape back

I'm about to upload a new video I just did and since you got me curious about exactly how much damage all those multipliers go up to I added damage numbers when I play now.... In this video the highest I've seen (yellow numbers, I think that means that one solid amount of damage, the white ones go up like if enemy is on fire) is 14679 AND 13920 at the same time!!! Finisher swing on 2 Maxtac guys and this swing killed both. I paused to read the number and was blown away! That's an insane amount of damage from ONE SWING to hit 2 enemies!

I more meant fastest kill with less done, and obviously from the video it's not using netrunning. 1 nade, 1 axe throw, and 4 swings. But your video link was badass. I have seen some hack kills before but they landed dead in yours! 😆 🤣
