Curious thing is, when I started listening to this the music made me tear up and break down a bit. I thought I was doing it wrong but fact is one part of healing is confronting what’s wrong. You can’t heal without addressing the hurt sometimes and it can be hard and scary but it’s part of the process. For some people,myself included, it can feel like it’s the first time you’ve confronted these problems but that’s the thing, it isn’t! So whatever happens don’t give up, you’ve got this! We’ve got this! And most importantly odds are you’ve already done this before.🙂🙂🙂
