We stayed in the Royal Service side for my wife’s 50th and it was the best holiday I’ve ever been on and worth every penny, hotel and staff amazing. Watching this makes me want to go back, shame there are no longer any direct flights from the uk when Thomas Cook went under.

very good vidio i have been there a few times unfoftunality no direct flights ftom uk but one of the best places in cuba we have been to ca okoo and varadero but i think this is the best forgive spelling mistakes

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S
Thanks! They have golf carts to get around. The resort is large and it is not on flat land. The Royal Service section is located on a hill, you have to take the golf cart. Access to the beach is also more difficult, there are stairs.
Thanks for the video. However I would have liked if you showed inside a regular junior suit ( not in the Royal section ) as more tourists book those rooms.

Yes, I called it "room" but it's the regular junior suite in the Royal service section.
We stayed in one and it was a junior suite, outside shower was amazing
Can you only go to spa beach if you purchase from the spa?
I don't know, we had acces to the spa beach because we stayed in the Royal Service section.
Your camera work is great, 👍👍but the place is dead !!! 😳😳You don't mention that probably more then half the restaurants and services were closed !! What about the horrible biting insects that eat most folks alive ??? Why is this not covered ?😡😡
Hi, thank you for your comment. When I was there last summer, all the restaurants were opened and no mosquitos. Sorry if you had a bad experience.
