Mam please try some brass utensils (tin coated) as the food cooked in these utensils is very nutritious and healthy. In terms of steal the food cooked in brass (tin coated) is more healthy and nutritious.

Ayurveda suggests silver , brass and iron(including cast iron) for cooking in which brass has to be used only used when coated with tin for cooking curries and sauted vegetables as tomato, lime,tamarind etc which are sour and acidic in nature and can get spoiled by chemical reactions between the brass and acids present in the food. That's why tin coating is needed as per the leaching of tin in food, even some amount of tin is required to human body.
