It makes you wonder how anyone did business without it. Strange though that I went on SAP's web site to see what learning tools I could find to only end up on UA-cam. I guess it is the poor mans learning software.
As arriba it can cause a death in 3 steps. 1.- It puts engineers who have not worked in the purchasing area developing a purchasing platform. 2.- It does not put a call center to explain to the suppliers the bad parameters that do not fit the product that the client requested. 3.- The client buys a product that his factory can explode, but since there was no human contact the end user does not matter. In summary we have a great sale from above and a very bad experience for the supplier and a very bad experience for the owner of the company.
