Your attempt at being sincere is undercut by the fact that your apology is both provocative, and not genuine. If you had genuinely come to terms with the situation, you would likely realize that while you may think from 'your perspective', that I (doni) was being 'rude', but from the perspective of an unbiased onlooker, you were being manipulative, rude, and ignorant. I(doni) maintained composure and withstood much of the harsh and misinformed response you delivered after your son was banned. This being, your seeming inability to comprehend why we reserve the right to ban any player from the server. We run as a private company, and a player caught abusing the policy that they agree to can be punished accordingly. Your response which was outlining how you would punish him yourself is simply based on flawed logic. It is like saying, Walmart caught your son shoplifting, and that they should not ban him because you will punish him. That logic is abhorrently structured because Walmart reserves the right to punish misconduct how they see fit, and just like to them and every other private corporation, your opinion is irrelevant in this situation. Your continued harassment trying to prove logic that had no bearing in your attempted appeal against his ban was frankly unnecessary, and blew this issue out of proportions. The filming of this series was not intended to cause direct harm to you, and I am sorry if it has. (if you want to be slightly less harsh doni u can add this) That being said, it was filmed to shed light onto the fact that an individual so confidently was willing to push a claim based in ignorance, and tried to use manipulation tactics to 'assert you were correct'. I am glad you are able to receive help at therapy, but I do not accept your passive aggressive apology. I do hope we can move on from this, but you continue to assert that I(doni) am to blame for this ordeal. It appears your apology was not sincere, because when your flawed logic was scrutinized by viewers of the videos that were posted, they too expressed their distaste for such behavior. The root of the problem is that you are not sorry for anything other than the backlash you received. I hope you can see why nobody should expect for an 'apology' that also inherently tries to assert that the person you are apologizing to is also in the wrong, is not much of an apology.

Suggested response: I think it is more harsh than you were going for, but this woman is clearly not sorry. She used manipulation against you(Ethos: She said her husband who was a lawyer would prosecute you - this wasn't even true) She then in her apology after all this states, 'it was due to your inability to see her perspective' which was a perspective that was just truely wrong in every way. (this letter does a good job of outlining that). And finally, she tries to push this narrative that she is responsible for your views/subs and that you should be grateful. She is clearly not truly apologetic and is in need of being put in her place.

That letter just appears to be some misguided attempted at making herself feel better by hoping to make you feel bad. In actuallity, you've done most everything right, with the exception of making a series out of it, but in my opinion it was only kind of fair considering how much she was harrassing you and how she was acting.
She's the kind of person who always got what they wanted in life, and when she didn't she ckinived and fenagled until she got her way.
You can either not reply, reply by email, or send her a letter back, whatever you feel is best. But you don't really owe her an apology, at least not the ones that she's asking for.
It's funny, considering how little she looked into your channel, assuming everything you have is thanks to her when in actuality it's not thanks to her at all. You may have gotton a boost in subs, but you probably would have reached this amount anyways.
It's really quite baffling. If she's real, she's realy disalluisioned with the way the world works, then again, someone as entilted as her would be.
Also, in the video in which you spoke to her, you were civil and more than fair, she was the one who had behavioral issues, talking over you and having a complete and utter lack of understanding on what all was going on, both with her son's game and with how UA-cam works.

I made a separate response on a different post... i'll link it below, but I suggested a different approach since i do not consider that apology very sincere at all..
My suggestion:
Dear Evelyn,
Your attempt at being sincere is undercut by the fact that your apology is both provocative, and not genuine. If you had genuinely come to terms with the situation, you would likely realize that while you may think from 'your perspective', that I (doni) was being 'rude', but from the perspective of an unbiased onlooker, you were being manipulative, rude, and ignorant. I(doni) maintained composure and withstood much of the harsh and misinformed response you delivered after your son was banned. This being, your seeming inability to comprehend why we reserve the right to ban any player from the server. We run as a private company, and a player caught abusing the policy that they agree to can be punished accordingly. Your response which was outlining how you would punish him yourself is simply based on flawed logic. It is like saying, Walmart caught your son shoplifting, and that they should not ban him because you will punish him. That logic is abhorrently structured because Walmart reserves the right to punish misconduct how they see fit, and just like to them and every other private corporation, your opinion is irrelevant in this situation. Your continued harassment trying to prove logic that had no bearing in your attempted appeal against his ban was frankly unnecessary, and blew this issue out of proportions. The filming of this series was not intended to cause direct harm to you, and I am sorry if it has. (if you want to be slightly less harsh doni u can add this) That being said, it was filmed to shed light onto the fact that an individual so confidently was willing to push a claim based in ignorance, and tried to use manipulation tactics to 'assert you were correct'. I am glad you are able to receive help at therapy, but I do not accept your passive aggressive apology. I do hope we can move on from this, but you continue to assert that I(doni) am to blame for this ordeal. It appears your apology was not sincere, because when your flawed logic was scrutinized by viewers of the videos that were posted, they too expressed their distaste for such behavior. The root of the problem is that you are not sorry for anything other than the backlash you received. I hope you can see why nobody should expect for an 'apology' that also inherently tries to assert that the person you are apologizing to is also in the wrong, is not much of an apology.

Suggested response: I think it is more harsh than you were going for, but this woman is clearly not sorry. She used manipulation against you(Ethos: She said her husband who was a lawyer would prosecute you - this wasn't even true) She then in her apology after all this states, 'it was due to your inability to see her perspective' which was a perspective that was just truely wrong in every way. (this letter does a good job of outlining that). And finally, she tries to push this narrative that she is responsible for your views/subs and that you should be grateful. She is clearly not truly apologetic and is in need of being put in her place.
