No, but there are cases were a baby ghoul can obtain the type of both his mother and father, resulting in a chimera. Like Hinami or Nutcracker. Also, you can merge 2 types of kakuhou to make a quinque. Amon had a Koukaku quinque that was merged with the bikaku of the bin brothers. Akira also had a chimera quinque. There are also freaks like shikorae who has all 4 the types of kagune but its unknown how he does that.

Edit: Just a headsup/ A little help of yhr pronunciation, and Kaneki’s harness all four types of Kagune’s by the end of all seasons that’s why he’s such a Powerful ghoul and has unlocked the mastery of all 4 Type’s and that’s why he was able to unleash the “Dragon type Kagune” Or as some fans of Tokyo ghoul has called it “dragenki”
