No Sir. Don't mixed issues. The Minister is addressing Senior Management of SAPS for the first time. Introducing himself and vice versa. He must know with whom is he going to work with. Minister is Political Head of ministry. Senior are operational members who are to deal with crime directly. On Eskom,still,the Minister is taking the accountability head on.
He is just another cadre. Get somebody that came through the ranks of the police. Policing is not taling about sewerage water. This comrade is out of his depth.
This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Another massive failure for the country! He needs to be reshuffled ASAP. Maybe give him minister of women.
