Hi Paul. Have you tasted the varieties "Burgess" and "Morado" ? Can you please give me a taste description of those? I am thinking of buying trees but have no idea about their taste.
Hi Paul & Julian: I cannot get enough of these Star Apples. We have bought the fruits from Julian's website at least 4 times already! Still cannot get enough!!
Nice video. I don't see anything available online, not even trees. When will Julian have the Green Star Apple on the website or is there any at his farm for pickup?
We grew up eating Starapple in Guyana 🇬🇾 South American. One of my absolute favorite fruits.
Buxton Spice mangoes 🥭 😍
I had that one at Lara Farms. was SOOO sweet. Like a honeydews and grape with ultra sweetness. Now I have 5 purple and 5 green grafted star ⭐️ apple
on a side note what is that picker/cutter called?
Only a true fruit lover would make such an inquiry. I was thinking the same as you
My favorite fruit ever and haven’t eaten it for over 30 years! We don’t get those in Europe.
Ya'll making me crazy 🤪 my mouth is watering so bad!!!

You can make a smoothie out of it, fresh milk, ice a little bit of sugar and or honey. its super good in the summer.
good moring. thanks for your video.
I tried one once, and it was sweet but with virtually no flavor. These sound really good. The green ones actually look like apples!
some have little flavor but the ones at Lara Farms were delicious
wow...hope your grafting more shippable trees!!
The grafted trees of these varieties are sold out. Julian can't graft enough to meet demand
How to contact him or Hipolito for trees and details about the varieties they sell?
His website is in the description below the video.

can these grow in southern california? zone 10b
Ask Exotica Nursery in Southern CA they should know
Yes
Paul, what kind of fruit picker Julian Lara is using? I see there is no catch bag, but the fruit is being held on the picker.
not sure next time I am down there I'll ask him
Looks like it cuts ✂️ and has a gripper
I grew up with caimito in a tropical country . I miss this! 😍🌳
This are small sizes, the biggest Kaimito i saw has fruits with 5 inches diameter in Philippines but has little thicker skin.
Hey Paul are they cold hardy?
I think they are fully tropical but ask Julian at Lara Farms.
When eating be careful of the latex on your lips(trinidad).
Beautiful looking fruits, Paul. Never had it before. mouth watering.
Epic video.
And epic star apple trees!
Wow!!! I gotta get me some of these trees!
