I am not sure how much Lorelei knew about the maids other than what she saw Friday evenings. And nuts on a salad when you are specified not to use any it is a serious reason to fire someone. There are people who are allergic to nuts and eating one or even food that touched one can be deadly. If one is not able to follow such easy instructions what else are they not able to follow?

That was so uncalled for and awful for her to say about her dead father in front of his friends and heartbroken mother... And then she whines like an unapologetic, spoiled brat when things don't go her way. Her behavior often disgusts me.
I think she had reasons to be like she was with her parents. We saw some of them during the show. We don't know all the details that happened before the show.

it doesn't necessarily mean better...I don't think Yale was the problem, but rather the education she received.
