Thanks Mike. My plant looks great but I've been having a problem lately due to the hot and humid conditions in New England. You mentioned that the plant may have problems moving water when the air is saturated with moisture. Is there anything i can do other than not water for a few days? Should I keeps fans going? My plant is looking happy and well adjusted but lately, I've noticed roots coming to the surface looking for air. should i cover those roots after the moisture issue is resolved? I enjoy your videos.
If its Humid outside there really isn't much you can do, fans can be good to move stagnant air which can be good for the plant weather its humid out or not. Roots that reach the surface after to much rain can be just left alone they will will be fine and dive back down
Have you had to cut back on watering this year so far? Other than the few gallons I put down when fertilizing with a watering can, I haven’t watered this year yet.
