There should be no interference from retired official. They should be treated as common citizen. They should know that when common citizen suffer no one help. These retired officials should also suffer and know what kind of system they have created.

This is not your discretion, whether you will meet the people here or there, this time or that time. This is police department of not the colonial age. On the contrary, citizens have the discretion to meet you anywhere and at any time, because, justice cannot be denied at any point of time and cannot be delayed. Thank you honourable officer.

सरकारी अधिकारी के आवास पर केम्प कार्यालय इसलिए होता है कि कोई किसी समस्या के लिए आये तो उसे सुने। अगर आप किसी से नहीं मिलना है तो उनको सरकारी अधिकारी/पब्लिक सेरवेंट नहीं बनना चाहिए। अपना व्यक्तिगत कार्य करे आप से कोई नहीं मिलने आयेगा।

I am an ex army and now a civil servant, if there were no leaders in this country then these officers would treat the poor like dogs.

It's not good attitude, while an office room will be at her government home. While police is servant for 24 hours, you can't deny, nikhil kumar is an aged person, she must give him time, she is not fit for field service.
This is not the way to talk to the female IPS officer while she is on uniform. We should learn how to respect woman first. Woman officers must be treated with respect. Mem is very cool.

Kursi chali gayi par akad nahin netaji ki. IPS se Governor ban gaye to saaf pata chalta hai ki kaise officer rahe honge. Har kisi ki niji ife hai. Officially as per job agreement she is not obiliged to entertain anyone beyond duty hours. Kudos to Sweety Sehrawat ! Mr Nikhil kumar should be ashamed of himself about this behaviour.

A Govt officer is 24 hours servant,no doubt,but must remember it is never allowed to anybody to meet at residence,however in case of emergency any officer may be called on duty ,in case of need
@kashfulhoda6444 1. If the officer does not adhere to reporting time, the officer can be approached at his/her home subject to his/her availability physically at home.
2. If any complainant reaches the residence of any officer, the government has already set up office at the residence of the officer by providing staff, and other parameters. You can get it confirmed from GoI.
3. Listening to any problem does not mean that his/her problem be resolved there and then but it gives a sigh of relief to the complainant.
4. More can be written on the prevalent issue.
Work occurs in shift proportion. One government servent is always available not a particular one
