It’s nice to see these folks get recognized. I could see their building through the trees and the parking lot from my perch over at 94 WYSP on the fourth floor. Once in a while, I would bump into Jim O’Brien over at Murray’s delicatessen. I learned a lot about the business from watching pros like Larry, and later Jim Gardner, along with a lot of radio technique from Jimbo. We were all so young then…..

Sure were. The fact that they weren’t changing to different stations speaks well of the culture at WPVI.
