The machine uses both powder detergent and automatic dosage liquid detergent together. It would not be economical to use both types of detergent. My hoover also made in PRC
No sagging on this door. but Some washing machines have a manufacturing defect on the door pins. You need to call the authorized service and change it.

@@benzokley3291 2)As you can see on my channel, I have 2 hoover washing machines. I bought one in 2017 and the other in 2021. You can use it for many years with the appropriate load and low speed.
@@gnserdar Thanks for the answer, I'm not sure about many years for AXI. Because the quality is not real Hoover. The drum house body is not collapsible. The door is plastic crap, the drum bearings are the smallest Chinese ever made bearing seal too. The filter door simply pours plastic outward and does not fix in any way. Sorry please, tell me are you a seller of AXI? 2)Does the door itself creak? when you press on the outer plastic? answer -Yes.
