This is the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade from this past weekend, with the Pinocchio float back.
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is fronted by Beauty and the Beast, with Cinderella and Prince Charming, Princess Tiana along with Elsa with Anna on the long float.
Other floats include the Maleficent dragon with smoke, the Peter Pan float and Tangled.

Did you hear any information explaining why the Pinocchio float was missing from the parade
It was mechanical issues and couldn't run properly.
Things that are still missing in the parade are Tick-Tock the Crocodile, Brave, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, White Rabbit, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah, and When I See An Elephant Fly.
They should add the cast from Coco, the cast from Turning Red, the cast from Encanto, ETC

Brave Float probably won't return due to Merida got pulled to be part of the Adventure Friends Cavalcade instead
@@timslee0618 I have a way to solve this, put her back in festival of fantasy and put some other character in her place in the cavalcade
