I really wish there were better solutions to treated such an aggressive sprouter like locust, buckthorn & such. But it seems like the only effective treatment is a garlon type chemical. A flail is effective but not terribly practical in most settings. Any other options out there? Thank you.

The world was designed to burn every once in awhile. Thats how invasives get handled.
Correct. Disturbances in general were always present on the landscape. Flooding, grazing, fire etc, We are just mimicking nature.
Is this public or private property
Private. We wish more state agencies would start to manage public grounds.
