I enjoyed (every foot) of this adventure, from the hike in, the amazing mine exploration, & the hike out. THANK YOU for all your (efforts) to share it all with us !
I bet the miners who broke their backs to dig out these mines would be offended by you saying "I was hoping for something more" 🤣🤣
Enjoy see your explorations and the cactus vegetation that you come across. Have made several trip to Deming NM to visit the in-laws who wintered out there and we would go out rockhounding for many different of rocks. Have brought back several cactus plants and am currently raising Fish Hook Barrel cactus from seed. Safe travels!
Would never explore an old mine like that by myself.
Hello like the adventures you find boy your research is amazing the areas you find are top notch p.s. Looking forward to your ALASKA trip .⛏️🤔
It was a bit strange that this mine had no remaining copper veins that are usually present in other old copper mines.
Think how long it took to place those rocks making those dwellings .
Honor the sign of wilderness area, but ignore the stay out stay alive signs 🤣
Both of these signs were put there by the people who work for the same agencies that destroy and take away what remained outside most mines and blocked them, then they post signs warning you of fines if you destroy or take anything,
What wilderness is it
Do you worry about snakes ?
dude, i like your efforts spent but this was 23 minutes of the "idiot cam" for 7 minutes of mine.
would you please turn those numbers around? i didnt make it this time. i didnt want to trudge back up that hill.
Gatekeeping PUBLIC WILDERNESS areas behind a paywall is pretty low if you ask me
nice desert video that place is special shouldn't you leave the fruits and berries for the wildlife that lives there instead of picking it maybe you could grow your own and sell them.thanks for sharing
It does not look like they found a whole lot Nothing but dirt and rock.
There is no way I'd go in old mines. There are things we should avoid in some..
That was a fantastic journey Thank you for dragging us along. The idiot cam sounds like a great idea.
Good Job Thank You
if you drive up I5 through Southern Oregon I can point you out to some large mines close to I5. I was the State Mine Inspector for Southern Oregon, you can find my contact info on my channels about page.
Loved the natural geology, the rockwork on the retaining walls and remaining monuments and the beautiful quiet, out there...love desert walks for that! Thank you for taking us along!
D.T. That sounds wonderful , I'd love to ride along. I'm a southern boy, never been that far North.
@ Desert Trails - 'Idiot cam' is really 'Mountain Goat Cam'. You are not an idiot, you are a mine exploring mtn goat. Be well and kind in your heart mind. Great videos.
