It was hilarious and ridiculous, I had to laugh at one point because of how much he was pandering 3 octaves above his normal tone 😂 Whenever I made a request and said thanks, he would say "noooo thank yooOOUUUuu". It was jokes but jarring at the same time to know he thought I could be swayed by agreeing to my requests with a high pitched voice. The vocal tone was OTT 😅

Ngl this is bossmans customer service with everyone who comes into the shop, I’m a local in the area. Don’t really like the food too too much apart from the crispy fillet burger and the chips. But he’s a very caring guy to all customers. No special treatment here 🙏🏼

@@TheCNSR this is my local chicken shop. I always go there and bossman is always chatty and friendly. He is not putting any excessive effort, if you was running a business dealing with people you would have known that you have to always speak nice to people so customers feel wanted and feel happy to spend their money at that business.
I feel bad for boss man. He just wanted to get a good score.

it's sad because the owner is so kind and cheerful to everyone. CNSR profits off of these chicken shops but when they recognise him and are excited to see him he doesn't even give them his time of day. it costs nothing to be kind. he can rate the food honestly without being disrespectful about it. this video was hard to watch tbh.
