- Michael Yo and Adam chat about Michael’s successful New Year’s Eve broadcast and having to ask bad interview questions. The guys also discuss ear piercings, Adam’s appearances on Letterman, and wives who answer questions for their husbands.
Next, Krayzie Bone joins and talks about moving to Channel Islands and his recent near death experience rupturing an artery in his lung. The guys then chat about firing people and Adam brings up the story of a Las Vegas judge getting attacked. The guys then try to figure out who sings the catchy Burger King jingle. Chris then shares a news story about Southwest Airlines’ “customer of size” policy and Krayzie Bone recalls a story where his plane caught on fire.
Lastly, Peter Frampton joins the show and talks about the success of Frampton Comes Alive! and acting in Sgt. Pepper’s movie. The guys recall Peter’s struggle to be taken seriously as a guitarist instead of a pop idol and the pressure of following up the success of the Comes Alive album. Lastly, the guys chat about keeping the integrity of their art.

Great interview, Adam. In 2004, i did a radio interview with Peter Frampton. He was touring with Styx at the time. He couldnt have been nicer. I was backstage with Styx at the St. Louis show, and also had an opportunity to meet Peter in person. Anyway, I've seen him live 3 or 4 times. He never disappoints.

@@notanotherjamesmurphy5574 It was recorded to SAW (Sound Audio Workshop) back then. It was transfered to a CD at some point. Sadly, my CD's were lost. A shame, as I had phone interviews with B.B. King, Ted Nugent, members of Kansas, Styx, Journey, Reo Speedwagon, Ann Wilson, Charlie Daniels, Ed McMahon, Stan Lee, Dom Deluise, Dirk Benedict, Richard Hatch, Mel Tillis, Chuck Negron, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Arthur C. Clarke, Ray Bradbury, Blake Shelton, Robert Guillame, Ron Pallilo, Lisa Welchel, etc. All I have are my memories now.

Wow what a show this one was that definitely got my attention because I like Krayzie Bone's music and oh I grew up on Frampton's music who my mom and dad loved. I also really enjoyed Michael Yo as a guest too who seems familiar to me. This episode is one of my favorites and I thank you Adam and company for the great guest that you get lined up who surprise me at times!

You know what would be sick? Editing the show to make it SEEM like you have a competent and with-it production team. Instead of letting Adam grind the show to a halt with complains about things we can’t see. Amazing that he does that after bitching about the production staff putting up images to which the guests respond.
The Burger King jingle is a slapper, but it’s sounds like comedian “Ron Funchess” so in my head it’s staying that way and will always picture him singing about BK
