Catastrophic Failure in the LS Malibu Wagon

Bit of a shorter one with this. Finally got it up and running again. But on its first test rip there was a couple things that blew up. Apparently LSs don’t like 30 degrees of timing with 13 afr and 17 lbs of boost and a short shift to finish it off. What I thought was an exhaust leak was actually a cannon blast through the driver side head. Oh well live and you learn. Got a safer tune in it from Wade Petrie. Once I get the head back hopefully in a couple days i’ll be back. Possibly running for cash….
