Zane is right about chicken and grapes my mom makes a chicken and grape salad it's just chicken grapes mayo tarragon and basil it's so good if you make it right has to be refrigerated for a while .... everyone always says yuck but then they love it

Yum! I love cooking I’m always looking to try new recipes so I might just have to try this!! Also I love that you left the skin on the potatoes and didn’t peel them! The skin in the mashed potatoes is underrated! It’s better that way!!
That ghee will still be good, it’s shelf stable. Now if is was grow fuzz and weird stuff I’d say don’t use it. But it’s had all the milk solids removed from it. Most shelf stable products are still good past they expiry dates, regardless what you were taught. Be mindful of what you are throwing away and not using just because of dates. Food waste is not cool 😑🙃
Great video and awesome job! I am loving this series. Maybe it's time to invest in one of those tripods that follows your motions. That would probably be so helpful for your wide shots. And maybe have another tripod set up recording the overview of your chopping.

Tip! For the best smooth mashed potatoes use a hand mixer!!! So much easier too!
