I'm wondering if this was a part of the Together project for Relf/McCarty, then I heard 'Avron Knows' so it's more 'Games' Sessions' Demos:
    Avron Knows
    Spanish Blood
    My Baby (G.Mimms)
    Taking Ahold On Me
    Knowing That I'm Losing You
    (-'Tangerine' predecessor uncredited by Page/Plant)
Find it on 'Yardbirds '68' as Produced by Jimmy Page & 'Little Games Sessions & more' Boxed Set.🎼🥀

Keith was such an inspiration to me when I was a lad. Truly a fantastic performer.

\Knowing That I'm Losing You became Tangerine. This version has some fab guitar tone.

@@ChordBender What's interesting about the 'Knowing That I'm Losing You'/'Tangerine' connection is that it was a full, what, 3 years before Page found a good use for it on Zepellin |||.
It kinda makes sense to put off using it for a while rather than just instantly rehash it from Y'birds' end Days to the First Zep LP; not as it was an acoustic Song, because there were others (Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You, et al) but it's not a good idea to just use it 'cause it's there. Let people forget about it that might be familiar already as Fans in the know. They did that w/'I'm Confused' eg anyway but that's enough for the Starting point, hm?
There's a background to a few more things that were regurgitated as Zep Songs & Page's 'True Love re Women/Misogyny came out screaming: Living Loving Maid, She's just a Woman, Heartbreaker, a few other things show of the real Respect for Your Sister(s) he really had, hmm? Basically 6 TRX on the first LP aren't really kind to your Sisters in Title at least.
Btw-I played Tangerine for my Grandmother thinking it's peaceful - how could she not like it (& in 1979(±)‽ She used to teach piano & said that used to be a popular Song in the 20s-30s when she was a kid."There was a "Tangerine" back then, too. I spared her Whole Lotta Love & Sick Again, Custard Pie. She was kind. (Haha)

Worst band of the 60s ... the Kinks, the Stones, the Small Faces, the Dave C. 5, the Spencer D. Group, Manfred Mann, the Pretty Things, Fleetwood Mac, etc. Were a lot better than that !

@@howardmarks8647 ... well .. poor songs, poor vocals, poor sound ... Compare to the others at that time they were the worst band of the 60s. I think the Herman Hermits were better. At the end of their time there was already Fleetwood Mac to crush them.
