Thanks for sharing. I’ll be on Freedom in January and I will be following your leads. ❤ I saw you pass my hotel so that was good. 😅

Im doing the same thing in a few days..dropping the family off at terminal 3 for Mardi Gras then going to Avis to return car and taking shuttle back. How was everything at AVis? Was there a big line for the shuttle to join your wife at the port? I wish you had shown your trip from the port to Avis, but thank you.

The drive from the port to AVIS is really easy I just follow my iPhone directions. The AVIS team suggested that you should be there right at opening or show up a little later to avoid the rush (we will go a little later from now on after 11 or so). You have to go inside to turn in the paperwork and the 2 times I have been there the line for turn in was only a few people. I had no trouble with the shuttle but it is important to know that they have multiple shuttles going to the different terminals, so just get the right one and know that any line you see when you pull in could be for a different ship.

How do I find out what terminal my ship is sailing out of? I just read and the line we're cruising uses 2 different ones?

You can look at the link below from the Port Canaveral website, but there will be overhead signs (similar to road signs) that tell you where to go for each of the cruise ships! Let us know if you have any other questions!

Like going out port Canaveral way way better then port Miami
    - Cause Port Canaveral is way better organize , have there own terminal areas at port Canaveral. / Also have very good - safe off site facilities for cruise guests.

Thanks for Watching! Teresa went out of Miami several years ago, so we will keep that in mind for future cruises! We are going out of Galveston in early February and that will be the first time for each of us!

      @ , No problem / Park & Cruise - port Canaveral , $ 10.95 per day ( cheaper then parking at the port )
