my small glass measures 125ml
my large glass measures 200ml
Ingredients :
For the ✨ cake:
2 eggs
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of milk
1 glass of oil
2 glasses of flour
Half a packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa
✨ For the cream:
2.5 cups of milk (500ml)
100g of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 vanilla
2 tablespoons of flour
after a little time to cool, 100g of mascarpone / a sachet of powdered whipped cream will replace them
✨ for the chocolate sauce:
200 ml of cream
150g dark chocolate
