I got him on a single and at the moment i didnt realize i just pulled one of the most insane characters in the game. I got him 5* now and he is a beast
best thing about this unit is that he gets a different m1 a cool logia looking effect 2 over powered moves and burn dmg thats what i expect from a fleet admiral

Hey! You get 50 frags per season if you're in SS. So in a month you can get 100 frags just for being in SS league. Then you also get more frags when playing Challenge Battle. So I've been saving all those gold frags that I got since January, and that's how now I got plenty of it.
Honestly I agree with forgiven spending 2250 gems for one character is a lot for new players it's really not worth it
