      Congrats! What do you think was your greatest tool in helping you pass? Also, what portion do you wish you spent more time studying? Thanks.

      @@garrvict I started with jason`n dion udemy full course, mike chaple class from linkedin, professor messer
      free course, and get certified get ahead book ( which is 501 but still helped a lot ) . But what helped a lot was the six exam tests from udemy by jason dion especially the detailed explanations of each question. It solidified the concepts and gave me a good bank of possible questions. It took me four weeks give or take but i was worth it
      because i was aiming at a strong foundation not only the cert.Good luck sir.

    When looking at the exam objectives, under Netflow/sflow, there is an item "Echo". There is nothing relating to this in the video. What is that?

    • @professormesser
      @professormesser  2 роки тому +5

      It sounds like you've got an older version of the exam objectives. I would recommend downloading the latest version from CompTIA:

      @@professormesser Ok great. Thanks for the heads-up. I see that they did make some changes. Writing the exam 12 January and just making sure I covered everything.

      @@professormesser wrote and passed 601 this week! Did it completely self-study and about 80% of my knowledge came from your videos. Thanks a million!

      @@AxisCrusher Any tips for the exam ? I'll be taking mine in a couple weeks.

    • @AxisCrusher

      @@denzelbritton7067 don't just memorize everything - understand it. You'll need to read and understand a question, then be able to work out the correct answer. Don't spend too much time on a question. Flag it and move on. You can come back later. Be calm. I went through the exam objectives and made notes of every topic listed in there. I either read up on it, or got it from these videos. That was just over 200 pages in the end. It managed to get me through the exam. I could read through it all over a weekend. All of the best!

    Hey Professor, love your vids, but I have a quick question. Why aren't NXLogs covered? I don't think up to this point they have but they're part of the objectives.
