And boy, is that helpful at 22:15 or so, “… it’s not YOU, it’s the developmental trauma, it’s not YOU, it’s the lack of attachment, it’s not YOU …”

really enjoyed it a simple and honest way of working Honoring the protector and normalizing the effects with understanding of how our survival kicks and becomes our way of being unconsciously and the wisdom to break the cycle with compassion
