@@vforvideo6837 yo! first you should check your budgies age if they are small thier breeding percentage will be low as they cant be a good parents and check if your budgies are male and female and also for breeding you need to give them a breeding box calcium foods and some privacy also put thier next box a bit higher last and main thing is if your still budgies are not breeding means they a brother and sister or also a annyoing thing that can cause them to not to breed
