MangoHUD and yes, but it's a free project, not related to SteamOS.
So dx11 wins of course, I wonder if vulkan will be better in native. It sucks in cs2
Well, both are Vulkan in the end but probably Valve didn't polish their Vulkan Api on their Engine yet. so probably that's why DXVK ( vulkan ) is better.
