No one knows about Sun Breathing other then the Kamado Family, and Rengoku's father. Also if you show the red blade or demon slayer mark in a future part, only Ubuyashiki knows about the demon slayer mark, and to my knowledge, no one knows about the bright red blade. Also literally no one other then Muzan or Kokushibo know who Yoriichi is, not even the swordsmith village knows Yoriichi, and they have a doll made after him.

Random idea: I would find it hilarious if someone did a : "Hashira reacts to Uppermoon meeting", and the creator added joke tictoks about the relationships of the Uppermoons
