Hey FOA. Today I went and looked at three properties. I liked two of them and will contact them. I am so excited. #traveltrailer #traveltrailerliving #campgroundlife #vanlife
My first thoughts. Alot of Areas don't allow trailers or sheds to be used to live in. Probably best to talk to a realtor to find out zoning laws. Then look at available properties
Congratulations Anthony on shopping for land. Please be careful and read what your subscribers are telling you to look out for. Praying for you and good luck ❤❤❤
Hey Anthony, please check the zoning and make sure you can live in a travel trailer on the property long term. A lot of land has restrictions for travel trailers or how much time you have before you have to build on it. Also, structure size might be important. I've said before that just because it says water, sewer, and electricity available doesn't mean they will just come out and do it. Water will probably be the only thing they would run at no cost. The water company will not pay for your septic tank for sewage. There will probably be deposits for your water meter and electric meter. Electric, even if they provide the pole and meter, you would be responsible for all the wiring up to the weather head. You will be responsible for buying the breaker box and all breakers. Also, a separate box for your travel trailer 30 amp plug. Also, most electric companies only do a certain amount of feet of wiring for free. Depending on where they have to run out from, you might have to pay for additional wiring they have to run to weather head. From experiences I can tell you all this is not cheap. You will also have to pay a certified electrician to do all the wiring. Lastly, I keep telling you about the sewer. If it's not a septic tank on that land you will have to put one in. I'm sure a starting price of 10k is still probably too low. I made sure I got a piece of property that already had one. It was going to cost me about 30k here for septic. I know you don't like people telling you what to do, but I can't stress enough that you really need to understand this because I still don't think you really understand what underdeveloped land and water, sewer, and electricity avaliable really means. Please do better research. I bought a 14x32 shed that I'm converting into a small home. Please believe I'm speaking from experience. I lived in a regular house or apartment all my life. I was definitely shocked by many things that came with buying undeveloped property in the country. I'm just lucky my electric pole was within 30 feet of the main electric pole. I would just replace the word available with vicinity. This means that accessible utilities could be 2 steps away or 3 miles away. Good luck
Anthony you have come such a loooong way! I thought about the time you were sleeping in a Hyundai in the snow eating canned goods. Now you're buying land! Bravo!
Hi Anthony you need to find out if you can live in your RV on the land. Because, in most housing areas you must build a home of a certain size and go through the city for permits and follow the city guidelines. It gets very tricky. So please reach out and do your homework with the city before you purchase.
It's actually easy but you have to decide if you want to invest in a second travel vehicle. The catch is you have to have a vehicle that can be grounded & you have to set the vehicle on a foundation meaning you won't be able to drive it unless you are moving it to a new property. It is not the same everywhere but the majority of the issue is that people want to park vs making it stationary.
Hi Anthony, Please keep in mind in Florida with the storms the way they are you don’t want to buy any property with too many trees hovering over you. My dad has his own tree service and he said you should never buy a house with too many trees near your house.
Hi Anthony happy Thursday 😊 you are such a sweet hart I hope you get the property you like best an all your questions that you have for the owner will be to your liking be blessed an well oh an 5hat bike.rider that was in his birthday suit going by that was funny.he was just a blur .😊
Hello Anthony, I enjoy your channel. Please get a realtor. They will advise you on the zoning. You need to know if you can hook you trailer or put a shed on the property. Also if you are looking to buy land in Florida ask about their new law about flood insurance. You may have to purchase flood insurance even if you are not in a flood area. Take care and be safe ……
Anthony please check before buying a land the zone restrictions and also the cost to get electricity, water, and sewer. I heard its very pricey. Have you thought of purchasing a lot in a campground that already has electricity, water, and sewer and at least more protection for yourself and the camper. Wish you well and Be safe 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great idea because some areas don't want certain races or skin tones there ... especially in Florida Texas and Georgia........I totally agree with you ❤
Glad someone mentioned that I didn’t want to say and come off seeming negative but that is true and only most people of color will understand. Even though we live in a world where we of color are supposed to go anywhere there are other races that will not allow that and show you differently and prime example is it happened to a family member of mine the community they lived in they were awaken to graffiti sprayed on there vehicles with racist words signs in there yards and what made it worse they are a mixed couple and the area they moved to did not like that at all. So just be careful and safe Anthony
Hi Anthony, please note that most properties come with CC&Rs. CC&Rs determines the types of structures that can be built on the land, including size, style, and will tell if you can keep an uncovered trailer on the property. Please get a knowledgeable realtor that has your best interest at heart and it does not need to be the person listed, the person can look like you. The main thing is you need more information. Also, one of your FAO members said you need to know that you can get along with your neighbors, correct. Go to the grocery stores and walk around the neighborhood to see how people react are they friendly? If you are interested in living in a shed home or trailer you need a property that accepts and allows those types of structures CC&Rs are strict and you don’t want to purchase what you cannot use. Please get a person aka realtor that can assist you, price means nothing if you lose out. If an owner doesn’t tell you everything and you don’t know about restrictions, well… Also realtors have access to properties all around even some that are not listed. Wishing you the best but please listen to what I’m saying, I have bought and sold many properties.
Make sure you thoroughly check all your deeply dense woods cuz there's large homeless camps in those kind of areas. Not sure there but do a thorough check and also for possible flooding areas. Good luck I'm excited for you too!
Anthony be careful just walking up onto a property. Yes its up for sale, but people who own it could still be there (especially that one with the shed) ... and you are in FL ... Also a lot of the ones with just land only allow you to park a trailer for a certain amount of days ...per calendar month. Not all ... some ...
Hey, Anthony! You are inspiring me to keep succeeding with my own health program. I've lost 141lbs as of January (Whoo hoo!) -and counting! I hope your eye feels better, and I am excited for you in your search for land! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽I don't know anything about buying land, but I do know that with any serious life plan to do the necessary due diligence. I know you'll handle things and get it done!👍🏽
Wait😳😳 you said you lost 141lbs since January, this past January or 2022? That's absolutely amazing..Congrats. I would love to find out how you did it. I walk about 5miles M-Saturday plus I do different workout from UA-cam. I generally take it easy on Sunday to give my body a rest. Congrats on that amazing weightloss
Anthony if you do put up a metal shed your WIFI might need a booster antenna to get the service. Also those other houses might not have city water ... they might have a well. If you need a well it could cost upwards of 8k-10k. Looks like electric is available but you might have to get a pole ... more money. The further the pole is away from your structure, the more it will cost. Make sure you find out if the property has an 'HOA' or 'Grazing Association' or something else. Also make sure there is no time limit to build. The might want a house with a certain amount of sq footage too. Also there may be a utility easement or an easement between the properties. Make sure there is no easement where you want to build. I'm sure you will do your research on buying land. Took us a long time to find our ranch.
Anthony, that is such a a smart plan . Buying land today is crucial. May God continue bless you on your daily journey 🙏 Make sure you put your land in a " Land Trust"....
The longer I watch what to do , the more light I see in my 64 year old future Anthony I am so excited about your potential Changes coming and you have a Awesome community to support you thanks for the Hope
WhereisBritrany looking for land in FL too for her travel trailer. ❤ Hold on....snakes and gators everywhere in FL. Be careful. ALSO be careful of resident's thinking you are an intruder. It's the way it is 😢 Maybe you can let Tiny Home folks rent space from you.
He would have to be careful about that because some people will come and rent from you and think they have the right to stay as long as they like he should really really be careful letting people come on his property and rent anything I know from a friend having a really bad experience with that I didn't give a thumbs down on you personally ❤
Hi Anthony please be very careful with your land choices in Florida gators ,and wildlife of other dangerous animals and the cost of homeowner Insurance is very costly 🥰
Wildlife comes with the territory no matter where you live in Florida. It’s actually not that big of a deal. And homeowners insurance is only expensive for existing homes. New homes and land is not that bad.
Anthony as all the others say make sure you can live in your trailer on any land, avoid tall trees, lots of gators in the Florida waters so be careful around those! You may have to fix a driveway on any land you buy! Make sure you are wanted in your neighborhood! Selling land is much harder than buying! Congratulations and well wishes to you!!
Hi Anthony. I’m just throwing this out as another option. There are places that sell lots for RV’s. Most of these places have different rules, etc but it might be worth checking them out. In Maryland there is a place on the eastern shore called “Indian Acres”. I’ve seen lots for-sale there for under 10k. It’s a gated community with some amenities. The downside is the monthly HOA fee. I also think they limit the amount of overnights per year, but with all your travels, I don’t think you would have a problem. Good luck in your search!!
Anthony, I can tell you from experience you won't be able to put a trailer, RV, DOME, on that first & second land. That type property is to build only single family homes. That's why you see only single family homes. BEFORE YOU LOOK FOR LAND, YOU NEED TO LEARN ABOUT THE TYPE OF LAND FOR SHEDS, BARNS OR RV'S. YOU MUST EDUCATE YOURSELF FIRST. Also, you need to know if the property you choose is not in a flood zone or have water issues, etc. You need to know If it has encroachments, etc. Never go on vacant property without a realtor.
Yes my allergies will flair up too. When you are outside wear a mask because the pine and oak is blooming. I'm surprised that your van isn't yellow or green with pollen.Rinse your van off often.
Here in Ft Myers/Lee county area they have rules about what you can do with any property even though you own it. Just need to be aware and find out before buying. Good luck 👍
If it's near a neighborhood it usually won't be zoned for RV living. It's hard to find land in FL without strict building codes but they are out there. Good luck 😊
The land with the shed is nice because all those trees would definitely keep your home cool; however, you have mentioned you use solar power equipment so the trees would obstruct the sun. Consider how much it would cost to chop down trees (pretty expensive) should you ever want to take any of them now. Also, property taxes is something to consider. Good luck; it’s an exciting time for you.
Happy thankful blessed Thursday to you and everyone. I also liked the 1st and last one. I hope you’re able to find some land. Have a terrific day! 🙏🏽❤️
Anthony please call the numbers that you have and let them show you any future properties. It is too dangerous for you to be walking around those properties alone.
Ok, NO TOWNSHIP WILL ALLOW YOU TO LIVE IN A SHED NEAR THEIR HOMES BRINGING VALUES DOWN. A realtor will say ,its not restricted so you can do anything you want........LIES........ call zoning departments and ask can i live in a shed home or an rv on THIS PROPERTY.
Exciting adventure. Opportunity to get a circular driveway for easy entry and exit on the 2nd and 3rd ones. Also, just for kicks, research single-wides. Some manufacturers handle land acquisition, clearing and delivery in one price. You'd have the land, the tiny home and land for your trailer in one transaction.
Hey Anthony‼️👋👋 👋 Great job 👍and Im so proud of you. Just a little too much personal information shared. Only speaking out of LOVE .❤️ ...bc, if I didn't care, trust me, I wouldn't say a dang thing. Why your eye 👁 is hurting in Florida...is bc that's were your enemies are. Keep that in mind. Try to remember that you have fans and haters....and they both are watching you... ⛔️ STOP GIVING OUT YOUR TRAVEL TIMES AND LOCATIONS... SCHEDULING DETAILS... REMAIN BLESSED AND STAY SAFE 🙏❤️🙏
Hey Anthony I hope your hunt for property goes well. I think it's so funny reading all these comments about what you should or should not do😂 you're pretty damn smart and seem to think things through quite a lot! I know it's out of love I still think it's funny ❤
I li e the one with all the trees. That’s automatic shade, it’s beautiful already but you can have some landscaping done to make it more to your liking.
Hey Anthony❗Now that's a Blessing You Go for it, You got some very good Intentions, At least You no what You like in life only Live Once, Be Happy dont let no one Still Your JOY‼️, Blessings 🙏🏼
Anthony make sure the internet service is good in the area too. Also, please make sure that you make sure you are not living near any areas with active alligator populations or activity. Florida has that..."problem" lol
Hi Anthony! How exciting that you're out looking for Land! When you see the listings call the realtor & ask about the land, area, exc. Before you head out! Might save you from finding a piece you ❤️But it won't work out for you!💔🥺: TY for sharing! Great video 🤗👍See you soon 🙂
Hi Anthony. Happy Thursday. So glad you made it back to the campground in Florida. Best wishes in finding land. I am excited for you. I look forward to your next video. 💕🤗👏
👋 It’s a lot to consider. It’s exciting to want to own…but, so many responsibilities for the lifestyle you live. When you are receiving your retirement benefits plus your UA-cam income…permanent campground residency would be carefree. Much love. ♥️
Anthony if you take the land that has all the trees those trees will cost thousands and thousands of dollars cut down. That land is going to be very very expensive for you to get ready for you to live on. I know because I have 6 trees when I purchase my house. It was over $3000🙆🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Please make sure the property is zone for what you intend to do with it. A lot of property have restrictions with what type of structures can be placed on it.
Anthony, if there are homes near the properties you look at, most likely the surrounding properties will be zoned for single family homes. You’re not going to be able to put your travel trailer on just any property. You may want to look at property that is agriculturally zoned or has no restrictions whatsoever and that’s going to be hard to find. ( I’m a native Floridian ) Also, in Florida, the higher the ground the better. Best to look at property after a good rain. A lot of it stays underwater for days… Best of luck in your search! ✌🏻💕
You're gonna need to clear that land, and lay a Cement pad for your trailer, also how is it when it's rainy, (mud is horrible) ? You may need a driveway too. It may my still be cold enough that you didn't see any snakes TODAY...lol. Mice can also be a real problem. It didn't look like it had sewer or electric...also is the area zoned for trailers ? Trees are great for shade, but can create other problems ie during storm, they can fall...they harbor snakes, spiders and ticks. You'll hav to mow cause critters hide in tall grass. 😊 and where's the water supply ?
Terry Had to read this one to my spouse, him and I sat watching the video saying these same things. Great points from start to finish. Sometimes dreams are only that. One time we were camping and we had ourselves owning the whole campground, we still don't. Lots of good advice for Anthony to ponder on.
@@terryreedmartin4039 Reading all the comments should help Anthony to realize there could be lots involved in buying land, the things you pointed out were the truth and for sure not to discourage him. I'm sure he will see that when he reads all the input. Have a nice rest of your evening terry.
Make sure you get the inspection before purchasing. It's an inspection that tells you if land is suitable for building or living on. Even though your listings say you can have water and sewage hooked up, that may not be the case
Hey Anthony, please get some eye drops for allergies. That will help you when you change atmosphere. Also that orange juice might have too much acid. Ask your doctor about acid reflux. Good luck on the land hunting. I know you will find what you want and make it your home. Please watch your surroundings because you are by yourself. I hope you find a nice and safe area.
Hey Anthony the first property you like you will need to get a driveway build up that’s no problem with that to get done that wouldn’t be to much work when you up keep it The second one is nice and shady but would be more work with leaves branches and other things but it’s nice and shady and you have a side neighbor now the one you looked at with the for sell by owner it’s nice you can do a lot with more room n space it’s open and not cluttered just you don’t know the prices good luck on finding your property keep up the awesome videos ❤
So many things to consider when buying a peice of property.. Is it zoned to suit your needs and does it include the utilities you will need and is there a monthly cost for water, sewage or trash Will the property need landscaping to move onto it and will it need it for maintenance. Seasons and weather.. does it have adequate drainage if heavy rains occur. Is there standing water on/near the property (mosquito's can be a pain) Neighborhood/neighbors. Yearly property taxes. Make yourself a list, fill it with all your needs and wants, all the questions you have. Also do a lil internet research for a realtor that may specialize in your particular wants.. This is a big investment. Follow your guts.. Tiny home info may be helpful. We all hope you find what you need so you can keep living your best life and blessing the world with your joy, smile and laughter ☮️🤗💚
Anthony, be careful walking around the residential areas alone. You are a melanated man in the South. I would also look for sundown town signs. Yes, unfortunately racism still exists. Love and Light 🙏🏽
Anthony, there's lots of research for you to do. You'll find that most residential areas do not allow any type of trailers on the properties. As someone else suggested, it is definitely a good idea to get a realtor, who "should" know about zoning laws. But do your due diligence and research. It will take extra time, but you'll be able to make a good informed decision. Good luck!! This is an exciting time!!
Congratulations on your search for land. In addition to the zoning requirement, I must add that regardless of which property you choose, you will definitely have to put in a pad for your trailer and establish a driveway. I suggest you insider a pull-through driveway. I like number two and three best.
Honestly Anthony, I like the first property that you looked at that is more level and less work to be able to clean up and set up. Good luck on your choices.❤🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’ve acquired a 5 acre property via For Sale by Owner. Negotiating a price was easy and fast forward…we’ve paid it off in 3years (52k). This is what I researched. County regulations. Value of gradations (for drainage purposes). Traffic. County road maintenance. Property taxes. We have a 800 ft cabin on it + our 30 ft C class…for guests. We have a well but we are working on upgrade so we bring water in (which we did even when we lived in sticks and bricks) Our primary heat is wood…plenty of timber on land. We are towards the back of land with electricity running from main road. Insurance is to be factored in too. Lots of insurance companies are dropping people because of natural disasters. Check with your insurance provider to see what your options are. Overall…it’s nice to travel and know that you have a home. A place to lay your head. Having it paid off? Praise God, is all I’ve got to say. The community? It takes a year or two to find your tribe. But you’ve already created that! I believe nothing is a guarantee…but we gotta try! Be well! Keep your head to the sky!🌍
Are you checking the zoning? Depending on the county, they may not allow you to put just a trailer or a shed on the property. Some require that you build a house or a manufactured home.
Congratulations! When you buy land usually you clear and make a path and if trees are on property it may mean felling a few. I like the 1st and last one 🎉🎉
Hello Anthony And FoAs you make me laugh you’re so funny just love ya🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good luck on the property hope you find one you like! I love The second one I love the trees for shade and privacy 🙂
Be sure to check if you are allowed to live in a trailer on the property. It may be zoned just for houses since there are some nearby
My first thoughts. Alot of

My thoughts too. It seems like he's not aware of that.
Those are my thoughts as well. They may not even allowed a tiny home period.
Find a local realtor, not one online

You should be sure the zoning allows you to park a trailer on the property.
Not many residual areas are going to allow living in an rv. Better check zoning.

WhereisBritrany looking for land in FL too for her travel trailer. ❤ Hold on....snakes and gators everywhere in FL. Be careful. ALSO be careful of resident's thinking you are an intruder. It's the way it is 😢
Maybe you can let Tiny Home folks rent space from you.
Especially alligators & snakes in Florida.
Owning land is Always a positive
❤❤❤! What a way to start my morning.. hey Anthony!!
Good luck 👍
You could pay someone $40 to place your trailor on property 2! I'd pick that one. You'll be so entertained by tree wildlife!
If it's near a neighborhood it usually won't be zoned for RV living. It's hard to find land in FL without strict building codes but they are out there. Good luck 😊
Yes, I am learning that. So, I am changing the way that I search for land. I am still learning.
Your videos inspire me to go out and change the way I. You have changed so much in your life and it's very inspiring.
Its very hot Brotha Anthony. Trees and shade are important.
I clicked on here so doggone fast like I am moving myself somewhere...😂😂😂❤❤
Ant is a bonafide celebrity. One day they'll have a UA-cam walk of fame.
Anthony, your Head Wiggle has me rolling! BTW, get your eye taken care of!!! Go to an Urgent Care facility.👁️
Anthony, you’re so authentic, I really enjoy your vids. Good luck on your search
Also visit on RAINY days. You don't want to buy a RIVER
Because of your channel Anthony.. you encouraged me to make sure I walk on my treadmill everyday❤️
Hey now. That is what I am talking about. Get it in. LOL
Anthony, I am sooo PROUD of you!!! You doing the dang thang
When I was looking for a house I went on Google maps and did a aeriel view before I looked at it. Just a idea for you before you drive there❤
I've started walking again with my husband and our new rescue dog, thanks to your videos😂
BE BLESSED 🤲🕊🌹😇Just make sure you can put on your land just what you want ❤ run off would be great 🌧🌧🌧
Looking for land is the best decision anyone can make Amen having your own spot
Hey Anthony I hope your hunt for property goes well. I think it's so funny reading all these comments about what you should or should not do😂 you're pretty damn smart and seem to think things through quite a lot! I know it's out of love I still think it's funny ❤
I li e the one with all the trees. That’s automatic shade, it’s beautiful already but you can have some landscaping done to make it more to your liking.
Anthony, make the areas you are looking at are zone for a trailer or manufacturer home. Looks like the areas you are looking at all has 'houses'.
Good for you Anthony make sure that your trailer can be placed there.
Anthony please get you a Realtor it’s not safe you going to these places alone ❤
Good morning Anthony you are Awesome looking for land wow that’s how it’s Done
Check with a titling company to make sure there are no liens against the property.
Hey Anthony❗Now that's a Blessing You Go for it, You got some very good Intentions, At least You no what You like in life only Live Once, Be Happy dont let no one Still Your JOY‼️, Blessings 🙏🏼
Thanks Faye. I have a sister name Faye.
Anthony make sure the internet service is good in the area too.
Also, please make sure that you make sure you are not living near any areas with active alligator populations or activity. Florida has that..."problem" lol
Definitely be sure there is an easement and that there are no restrictions. Also determine if you will own mineral rights or not.
This is super exciting. I've been considering something similar and am excited to keep following your journey.
Check the zoning laws as well…some don’t allow trailers unless you’re building a house. Water and electricity?
( I’m a native Floridian )
Also, in Florida, the higher the ground the better. Best to look at property after a good rain. A lot of it stays underwater for days…
Best of luck in your search!
✌🏻💕
Hi Karjurassic. I realize that after I got in the area. So, I am changing the way that I search now. Thanks for the info.
Good info
Terry Had to read this one to my spouse, him and I sat watching the video saying these same things. Great points from start to finish. Sometimes dreams are only that. One time we were camping and we had ourselves owning the whole campground, we still don't. Lots of good advice for Anthony to ponder on.
Thanx..not tryin to discourage Anthony, but rather to save him some big headaches and money. Knowledge is power...we learned the hard way. LOL 😬
@@terryreedmartin4039 Reading all the comments should help Anthony to realize there could be lots involved in buying land, the things you pointed out were the truth and for sure not to discourage him. I'm sure he will see that when he reads all the input. Have a nice rest of your evening terry.
Anthony, I just love your little dance.
Make sure you get the inspection before purchasing. It's an inspection that tells you if land is suitable for building or living on. Even though your listings say you can have water and sewage hooked up, that may not be the case
The property is beautiful. I am here in Phoenix trying to contact Kathy. The second property with the shed is lovely with the trees.
Yea Anthony makes sure you check the zoning of your potential property because residential areas typically don’t allow camper living
Hi Anthony I’m so excited for your future land purchase and thank you for taking us along. 🌸
Beautiful Day Awesome video thanks for sharing ❤
So many things to consider when buying a peice of property..
Is it zoned to suit your needs and does it include the utilities you will need and is there a monthly cost for water, sewage or trash
Will the property need landscaping to move onto it and will it need it for maintenance.
Seasons and weather.. does it have adequate drainage if heavy rains occur. Is there standing water on/near the property
(mosquito's can be a pain)
Neighborhood/neighbors.
Yearly property taxes.
Make yourself a list, fill it with all your needs and wants, all the questions you have. Also do a lil internet research for a realtor that may specialize in your particular wants.. This is a big investment. Follow your guts.. Tiny home info may be helpful. We all hope you find what you need so you can keep living your best life and blessing the world with your joy, smile and laughter
☮️🤗💚
Look into liens on the land, flood zone, timber & water rights, also look into county auctions for land you may find them much cheaper than zillow
there’s lots in TX without restrictions, weather is similar to FL in southeast tx
Omg Anthony I am so excited and happy for you.
Hi Michelle. I am just starting to look around. I have a long way to go and a lot to learn. I am definitely taking time. Thanks for the excitement lol
Anthony, be careful walking around the residential areas alone. You are a melanated man in the South. I would also look for sundown town signs. Yes, unfortunately racism still exists.
Love and Light 🙏🏽
Based on the area code on the signs, he should be ok in that county. Plenty of us there.
You are so right he should be careful.
Yup exactly I just wrote about that.
Awww because you have a kind spirit Anthony🎉🎉🎉
Congratulations on your search for land. In addition to the zoning requirement, I must add that regardless of which property you choose, you will definitely have to put in a pad for your trailer and establish a driveway. I suggest you insider a pull-through driveway. I like number two and three best.
Honestly Anthony, I like the first property that you looked at that is more level and less work to be able to clean up and set up. Good luck on your choices.❤🙏🏽🙏🏽
Anthony, are u aware of how hot it gets in Fla. during the summer? 100 degrees !!!! U may want trees for sure ....
Yay on the hunt. Thank you for sharing the video. Stay blessed.
We have a well but we are working on upgrade so we bring water in (which we did even when we lived in sticks and bricks)
Our primary heat is wood…plenty of timber on land.
Hey there. I realize that after I got in the area. I didn't know that they were in residential areas. So, I am changing the way I am searching now.
Ive been having a horrible week and some bad things are approaching but God is still able! Your bobble head makes my day! ❤
Hehehehehe. I hope that you are feeling better. No bad mood last forever. They come and go. Remember that.
@@FOASQUAD Thanks soooo much brother! That means more than you know! 💪🏽
