Powercreep onky works for 6 stars, 4 and 5 stars experience the opposite. That's how they get people to whale on new limited characters, by making other featured characters useless
Good Sir, do you remember the CCs that made normal enemies god slayers? I am maxing her out, especially with that auto-max E2, level 80 trinket for 5 star operators we'll get for free on the event. I'll be ready for the next CC with 500% stat upped trash mobs. :D
@@pathalenvivaldi7811She’s the only hexer with a near universal fragile. Pramanix and Shamare only do it when enemies are half hp. Gnosis can only do it with Cold or Frozen enemies. Lucilla only limit is that she can’t affect elite/boss enemies. Wow she can’t affect 20% of the enemies but gives you a free 16-28% fragile for the other 80%. Now, is that needed? For the majority of the content, no. But for content like CC or Ascension 15 IS? Shooooot. How can you say no to a free fragile debuff and attack debuff to beefed af normal enemies?
@@kyubbikcat2281To IS? Easily, that’s a hefty hope cost for something unnecessary, because normal enemies still die fast on floor 5/6, especially with relics buffing our units. I’d probably only take her for that one encounter with the mega buffed 6 normal enemies in floor 5, and just for fun. CC does have a potential at least.
@@pathalenvivaldi7811the problem is that if the normal enemy is too tough, she'll ended up wasting her skill duration over talent stacking, and most of the time when you want to debuff you'd prefer a instant high debuff over gradually increases over time anyways
What also make Ulpianus skill 3 is good that when he moves to the target location It count as its "last Deployed", so any enemies that have long range attacks will target him instead of the other operator that are last Deployed
He's great, the only reason you wouldnt try to pull for him are the two upcoming limited banners at the start of the next year: Pepe for the summer event and Marcille for Dungeon Meshi collab. But none of these limited units are particularly broken. They're good, yes but you'd only "must" pull them if you like their designs. If you plan on skipping one or both though, I'd say is worth to try to get Ulpianus. Also don't forget to get Gladiia, she is a free unit and she makes Ulpian go from super strong to virtually immortal.
In term of guards, he is just behind degen & mlynar so yes he is top tier & fun (imagine i frame on souls game, he can dodge some dmg with precise timing)
