A very big thank you. I purchased this saw, but have never used one before and have been sitting here for ages trying to put the blade on! I should have watched your video first. Thank you so much x
How's the accuracy of the cut? Does it cut a perfect right angle? Does the foot plate flex a bit? Can you calibrate the foot plate if it's not cutting perfect right angles?
Thank you - I enjoyed this review. Thanks for the help in getting started. I am picking up one of these from Screwfix tomorrow - my first circular saw! Subscribed. 🙂
Not sure why dewalt have seen fit to get rid the riving knife off their circular saws I broke the handle on my DW62 and was looking at this but the lack of that safety feature isn't great.
Isn't this funny that I myself am a carpenter & my dad come back from B&Q last year with a ryobi cordless circular saw that just didnt have enough power for what he was doing. I also advised him to buy Dewalt and he came back with this exact model lol

I've just got mine today and can confirm it came in the free box!
Real value for money Gerry
Bought one the other week it's a great little saw cuts quickly and accurately unlike my old circular saw.
Sorry to ask but would you still recommend it after 7 months? I'm in the market for my first circular saw.
@@reoreborn1209 it's still going strong I've no complaints👍.

Nice video, thanks you. Question plse: the blade is 184 mm x 16 bore, can you use a 185mm x 16 bore? (184mm difficult to get in my country) TIA

I'm really a Dewalt convert now Matt, its really good gear.
@@hodgysworld2964 yeah I use Dewalt though some of the Milwaukee kit thats coming out the past few years is pretty impressive..👍🏼
Have you found any issues buying blades for this saw? From my research there's very few 16mm bore blades on the market
Not had to but one yet Neil
Great work 👍👍
Nice review, I think I will buy Dewalt for myself.
You should!
If my mate Grah' says it's good, believe him it's good, innit Grah'! 😉👌🏻
