- The Zorko brand, recently featured on Shark Tank India, is a fast-food franchise chain founded in 2016.
It has over 150 outlets in 44 cities and 8 states, known for its unique no-royalty, no-profit-sharing model, in-house production of ingredients, and chef-less kitchen concept.
The founders, Anand Nahar and Amrit Nahar, sought an investment of 1.5 crore for 2% equity on the show, valuing their brand at 150 crore.
However, they were offered a deal that they ultimately did not accept, leading to the retraction of the offer.
The brand is known for its rapid growth and innovative approach in the food industry, and it is set to go public with an IPO.
