Yea....Kammler definitely came over and he was working for us. That base looks strikingly like another D.U.M.B. we built in the early 50's. It has some upgrades but surprisingly identical to construction of that base. WOW. JUST WOW. Thank you Dr. Wolfagang for all your hard work and dedication to preserving this site. Well done sir!

The story behind these feats of engineering would make a great film plot, the thinking behind the idea, the planning and construction and the eventual discovery and capture by allied forces, you could go as far as to build into the “storyline” how the complexes were hidden by the allies and their eventual uncovering by historians, who knows it could make a Hollywood blockbuster.

In 1935 Franz Hartl Senior founded a company that dealt in freight as well as gravel quarrying and processing. He was Austrian. In 1936 he opened the first gravel pit in Ennsdorf. By 1940 the family had started their own shipping company for extracting river gravel. By 1943, they had begun River gravel extraction and processing on the Danube. After taking over their father's business Franz and Adolf Hartl in 1968 began what we know today as Hartl crushers. Their expertise in crushing technology today came about from their father's experience gained from crushing up stone and concrete rubble after the war.

The reason for that was for the way the German military treat there prisoners..
The allies could not believe what they saw when they were liberating the camp's.. figured they were responsible indirectly for that..
Someone I know was a German POW during the war in France. He had a trade was a electrician he would get his work assignment the night before and walk out the camp gate to work at a local hospital every day and return in the evening.. I ask him why didn't he just leave and not return to camp? Said were would I go.. the Germans didn't give him the option of not joining the service they told him you either put on the uniform and fight or you die hear right now in front of your family and then we will kill them..what choice did he have?

The reason I ask is that there would be infrastructure to move a large amount of coal into the tunnels and to remove a large amount of slag produced by the process. There would be evidence of large scale ventilation because the process produces carbon monoxide. Moving coal around is messy and there would be evidence of it laying around everywhere. Yankee history taught us that Germany had no oil toward the end and had to produce fuel from coal.

The amount of bunkers there made this plausible, but they were all blown up and many were beyond entry! The area there was rumored to be Hitlers most favorite spots during the war and the tunnels went into France. I saw some of the tunnels opened and buried when the autobahn was constructed there and when ZAB high school was built! I would be interested if you can dig into this!

I have interviews of workers from Wolfsberg but felt they did not fit in here, but it seems those who were there and lived, really never had anything to tell about it. not even when asked directly it is quite strange to watch stand by

If you ever get to the UK Tino, I'll show you some facilities that you are not supposed to know exist, on the condition I'm not in any video! Historical sites only though as I wouldn't want you to get picked up by an agency when you get home. There's an awful lot of sites in the UK that you'd find 'interesting'.

I second that. I'll show you a nice pub, then while you are still getting used to the nice beer, a 5 minute drive away is a very, how do I say this.....clandestine agency that won't appreciate filming! And that is within a mile of my home! There's a whole list of sites locally that don't feature on maps! Locals don't even know the place exists.
I'll stand you next to the place in broad daylight & you won't see it! Agency begins with N and ends in A by the way!

Just think that there could be a tunnel behind any of them wall panels with artifacts stolen during the war..should not have Germans looking after them tunnels..

If one were to consider the massive amount of funds / labor / planning & effort the German political / war machine AND civilian industry put into building this and many other sites, just the "holes" in the ground not even considering the machinery and the R&D, imagine what the "projects" themselves were that all this was done for ! But then again...that is after all what you, Tino, are trying to determine and expose. These "projects", in the end, had to justify all that was done to repair for them. Talk about being way ahead of their time ! One can only imagine.
