Sir ,It had been advised by some doctor that,to reduce thickening of blood resulting in blockages, warm water should be taken in night to compensate its removal in urine.

My question is that if we reduce taking liquid like water then how our impurities flash out.
Right, I have small stone in kidney and enlarged prostate doctor advice me to take large amount of water to fish it out but enlarged prostate make me in trouble resulting rush to urinate every one hour☹️
