UK Mercedes Benz Sprinter Ambulances are from Germany,because are made there,the lights are same.

These particular ones are, but most aren't. It depends on the ambulance service, they buy them from their own suppliers. This ambulance service (SWASt) buy from WAS in Germany, wheres most others have been from UK based suppliers such as MacNellie, UVModular and Wilker

In my country Latvia we have ex-German original police cars with original lightbars with changed livery grey white.This livery is from 90's to 2019. New livery is full white with yellow blue and silver and big blue word POLICIJA on both doors. We have some similar like your ambulances Sprinters,but most are normal Sprinters yellow and white. We have cars by medics like paramedic they drive both ambulance + paramedics. But most standart ambulance. We have ambulances Volkswagen old and new vans.
