  • Hello! Welcome back to a monumental episode as far as our full time travel goes! We have been living in a caravan travelling full time for two years and over the last year, 2020, we have taken you along with us for the ride.
    As you will know, we started our vlog in the very north of New Zealand, at Cape Reinga, and this Episode #33, we are at the very bottom, at Slope Point. It has been a great year and we finish it off with a frustrating end (apologies for the poor audio!).
    If you watch till the end you will get a heads up to watch a mini video released at the same time as this one where we give you info on our plans for this channel.
    Thanks so much for joining us on this wild adventure we call life and we hope you have enjoyed it as much as us!
    Be sure to check us out on facebook and Insta to keep up with our current travels and if you see us on the road somewhere be sure to wave us down and say hi!
    Until next time, bye for now.
    Tiff, Jamie, Atlas, Aria and Astra

      We haven't really stopped! Just gone quiet online as we have slowed down and trying to work out our next steps. Have upgraded the caravan as thinking of sharing a video of it once we have a plan, if you see us around Whangarei again say hi.

    Heya! :) Just wondering if you guys would be willing to share how you maintain an income whilst travelling? Homeschooling family of 5 here wanting to explore options!

      Hey! multiple income streams are key and if you can obtain those online then you are set.

    I also subscribed and you have a very interesting life, so good on your for that. However like the other subscriber below who unsubscribed because you were imposing your music on him or her, I am unsuscribing because you were driving round the Catlins beach on your quad bike and disturbing the sea lions. Some of us go to those places to get peace and tranquility.

      Hi there, thank you for your message. I assume you saw the joy and memories the kids were making being towed by the quad? Peace and tranquility destroyed for all of 15mins while giving the kids some fun times, perspective is needed when judging families. Also, we believe that viewing Wild life is a very import part of children gaining respect for nature. The HUGE sealion wasnt fazed by us, yes the noise got it up but really, the benifits of the kids seeing it closer than they could safely on foot left them buzzing with exitement and talks of consaervation etc were obviously had (although we didnt add this into our video). As for the other person that unsubscribed due to our music,did you read our reply? We made it quite clear that they should have come out from behind their screen and spoke to us like a decent human instead of hiding like a keyboard warrior. It was midday, music was on while we had a fun volley ball game, for all of 20mins.

    I thought your family was worth following and was...... BUT..... just by chance I had the unfortunate experience of been camped in the same camp as you guys!!!! You and your friends have NO consideration for other campers with your loud music that all us other campers just sat and listened to the 'base' while trying enjoy our peace and quiet. A question that you may one day consider..... what if ALL camper played their music of choice as loud as the wished? - I will have no hesitation in pressing the 'unsubscribe' button!

      @RoadLifeNZ  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Darren. The base was loud! Sorry it carried over to your camp site. We totally agreed, that's why it was turned down after not to long. Friends visiting us from their boat brough the tunes to lift the mood while we enjoyed some volleyball. Sorry to loose you as a subscriber, and sorry again for the music that was playing for a short while.

      Also, if you have any other issues, please don't hesitate in coming over and having a chat to us (we would have turned the music down sooner had you just come and asked).
