What Aman did was really cheap and disrespectful towards Piyush who hadn't officially exitted the deal. A lot of time these founders really don't know how to counter back. There are IBs who handle mergers and acquisitions, and they have impeccable soft skills to deal with such scenarios and close deals in their favour.

One of the most highly manipulated deal won in Shark tank, in the last seconds by Aman.
He really wanted peyush as his investor
Sony liv needs to come up with regulations to stop cheap stunts by Aman or other sharks ... this is a platform for founders and they should get their best chance to raise capital
This is 20-30% of the pitch as much as I know. The real stats, deals and negotiation goes behind the camera for sure they are just showing few moments of the 1-2 hours long pitch
But Aman is really manipulating founders to get deals in his favour
That's the reason it's called shark tank...as a founder you have to know how to deal with such type of questions and tricks and how to push back them...also Aman is investing 40 lakhs into his business for 2% which I think is a good offer...
The American shark tank is so much better than this. They don't do these passive aggressive stunts to make a deal
They are called sharks for a reason. Bhai bahar business men are more ruthless and are ready to pounce and eat you alive. An entrepreneur needs to learn how to handle such stress.

Hammer to was bought by Aman in show but post the telecast Hammer team didn't sell the company to Aman. He is still independent and doing great business because most people think Hammer is a part of boat which is not.
