This band can absolutely do no wrong! Even their so called "less popular" songs are more well made than most groups out there. They're just at a higher lever than most other bands.

I couldn't agree more. They are their own thing. So unique and beyond talented. They are a cerebral experience. For me it is the fact that they are laser tight and able to blend so many elements that should not work that fluidly. Speaks for their dedication to their craft and to each other. We the fans are truly lucky.

Well dang... Thank you my friend for the kind words. I do try really hard. I have a love of different cultures and people in general. I try to be respectful. A persons name is important or a pronunciation. I fail miserably, but it is worth the effort and it makes for a good giggle at times trying to learn. That said, I studied Ju Jujitsu for some time growing up and have always loved so much about Japan and the Japanese people. They are a Respectful society and I appreciate that and want to convey my respect in return. But I try my best.

I rarely comment on a bass players technique because we all have our own, but as you specifically asked, here goes.. Technically the bassist used 4 playing methods in this performance, Standard finger picking, chord strumming, neck slide, and slap/tap. This is a common method in most Japanese bass players, but only the best can pull it off flawlessly, and this bass player does just that.. Thought I'd just add that a day after my other comments... David.
