Good work being done by the Dr. A lot of us have spoken about government support but I want to differ slightly. I think we also need to ask questions as to how VW, BMW, Toyota, Nissan and the likes came this far. For example, if they partnered with the private sector to come this far, then we need to also consider the idea of inviting the private sector to come on board. I doubt can do this. Developmental agenda today is greatly driven by the private sector. In our part of the world, it is unfortunate that the government has to drive everything. The man indeed is doing a great job but to take this initiative to the global stage I am of the view that our 'literature review must explore how the giants in the industry did it and learn from them instead of waiting for a government that will never come. That is my view.
