In case you hadn't looked it up already Deep Insanity ASYLUM is a new mobile RPG from Square Enix, and Madoromi is it's theme song/op. Kanata and Towa are the official singers for the song (it plays in the game too). Man, even though it's "just" a mobile game getting to be the singers for a Square Enix game is a pretty damn big deal! Congratulations to these two.
Actualy, it's not JUST a game, there's an anime adaptation or side story that just started airing AND a side manga. They are both called Deep Insanity with something else as a subtitle. I was actualy considering getting the manga when I saw it on Amazon Japan and didn't knew it was from a game and had an anime coming in. I'm really happy two of my favorite Hololive singer got a deal like this, this is awesome ^^
