Imagine Accra in the next 5 years . I caught a glimpse of (Selton Skye) on the N1 which is going to be the tallest building in Ghana. Cranes have already been erected. I also saw cranes erected at airport city where Clifton homes is building the Atlas apartments. But why are you not interested in capturing the new bank of Ghana headquarters too?
See Kenya, South Africa, tanzania, Angola, Rwanda, Mauritius, Egypt, even ivory Coast. Ah Ghana we gained independence very early but late in every thing in terms of development and greatness. So pity bro
So with all this why is it that 🇬🇭 is always not part of videos that show urban and modern architectural development. In fact we don't need this. We need skyscrapers oo bro
You hype even projects that are not in their completed stages, please hyped them when they are fully completed charley. And am sure these building are not owned by Ghanaian, they are mostly owned by foreigners.
Can’t rely on the private sector to fix the housing problem in Accra my brother. It will have to be done by the government. Private sector only care about profits.
Step by step we are also coming up
Ghana capital is Brighting thanks for your update

I must say Im impressed with the new modern archutecture coming up and already in Accra.
They’re all very beautiful properties, but Bantree and Heritage 100 are exceptionally stunning. I want to move!

where are the pavements for pedestrians? I see some pavements in some areas but then completely vanish.
I miss public parks in this city, like there are in the USA and Canada... no thanks, for sharing the beautiful images.
What happened to the exchange project at airport

It’ll come soon

Building apartments that 90% of the resident population can’t afford is just ridiculous

@@sirHCGH the government is so corrupt they will privatize everything for profit, look at what Addo D did with sagleme housing
The 90% is not their target market … ever heard of niche market?
It's like that everywhere though . London , NY, Paris Dubai. The ones with the money can afford the best, unlesss favour speaks for you instead.
@@sylviasworld9397 it's just greed, the selling price is often double or triple the development price itself
What is wrong with this guys voice? are these buildings designed by Ghanaian architects? or foreigners?
Who’s the owner of this project
They’re all private development
