I feel like playing while sitting in front of a desk would be much easier with this instrument, but unless you are Alan Holdsworth, you might get quite a few strange looks on stage. I love the Noodle DSP.
I would have already got one but they do not offer a whammy. The bridge on the guitar is unique to this model of guitar. It is not the same as the standard model bridge that the other Stranbergs use. In short it is improbable that they will offer an entry level version with a whammy in the future.
Hi, do you know which model with all their tones can switch to sounding a bit acoustic as that one your playing near the end sounded pretty good. Is it easy to switch to that tone ?
Thank you for the beautiful video. Does it hold the tuning well? I am asking since in other videos I have seen people have to tune it surprisingly often while playing. I know that the absence of the headstock impacts the tuning stability in a positive manner, but it's nit the only factor, that's why my question.
I have one on pre-order along with some different pickups to swap into it when it arrives. To me, the stock pickups don't sound that good from what I've heard. Otherwise, I'm excited for it to come in.
Good review. I enjoyed. I played one the other day in the Newcastle store. I thought it was good. Sounded great and played well. I would have loved the option of a whammy bar though..🤔 The pickups would appear to cover most types of music. My only reservation was that it was a touch overpriced for what it is. The Strandberg tax maybe? So, if I bought one would it immediately make and feel like my other guitars are agricultural and old fashioned? I do want something that is light and comfortable and stays in tune. Thanks 👍

Strandberg has neck issue . Because of the endurneck shape thumb has no support .. it gives fatigue
Need to see close up Bridge which is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the guitar
Rubbish guitars, tried many, couldn’t find a weld built one, material quality is terrible.

I have owned many Strandbergs and i never have an issue with tuning stability .Stay in tune perfectly !!

The whammy mechanisms on their other models are a nightmare to keep working like day 1
@@miksilplik I got the Strandberg boden prog nx and I have never had any issues with it, Even had the boden resq tremolo with no problems
I see the neck is one piece now does mean there is also no carbon reinforcement?
