The film is a reflection of the current reality of Russia. Corruption and impunity for regional authorities are in fact no less. And the farther from Moscow, the less local government is controlled.

A story about a Russian family, and their friends, who all live in a small seaside town who drink lots of vodka then get drunk, also about local town-hall corruption, whose members also drink lots of vodka and get drunk. Leading to a story about people who go on to drink lots of vodka which leads them to get drunk again. الفيلم عبرة لكل ذيوث يدخل الغرباء على زوجته
This movie is worth the price of admission just watch these guys drink vodka in a field.
Who is from Russia ?
I was looking for clankers and dawinists, but i guess this one is ok as well
some crazy ass people in here
......so when the space whale is gonna appear ?
When I was in St.Petes back in the day the big guys in black leather were everywhere...it's NOT a Movie, GOIA (Get Over It Already)
Good movie..
Почему филм называется "Leviathan"? Leviathan это же демон
Прочитай легенду о Левиафане.
это метафора
where da fuck da monsters at?
Why there no MONSTER?!?
its a metaphor, putin's corruption is the monster.
I speak true
Chad Clifford. You're lying.
Chad Clifford so they made a amazing trailer with a great monster just to prove that putin is a corrupted person? Why the fuck would they do that? Why not just make an actual monster movie?
this is what happens when an entire generation reads only books that have space ships or superheroes on the cover.
I thought this was gonna be about the sea serpent space whale but I guess not....
subtitles were made by an amateur? or someone who barely speaks Russian?
Strange movie, but with good idea for the present days. I like to watch movies using boxxy software.
what is boxxy software? Anyway good film about corruption-tragedy.
Where's the Leviathan ?
The Monster is the government!
excellent film, but i feel like they showed the movie in the trailer.
please just watch the film. the trailer just spoils it.
FRIDAY MARCH 4 2016.
Way too much praise, its just a depressing movie about shitty life in russia, and more shitty things keep happening.
I WANT MY PENS BACK !!!
Shows where oligarchy leads. Oligarchy could come to the west too if we allow monopolies to develop and buy politicians.
Wrong a leviathan is a big space flying whale
I agree with you Neekisha
OHH BLYAT
this movie was released before. I think
wheres the monster ? i was expecting a Huge Sea kaiju or space dwelling planet hunting Serpent. Wrong film
Flawle5sAbs russian despair ist a monster
This is way better than most monster movies.
Inside you.
This trailer, actually, has a spoiler. Someone who watches the movie, will definitely develop and get the point, that house needs to be smashed to the ground.. and it's visible here.
Because it’s not the point.
@@bookie9273 I don't think you are deciding what is the point. It shows the fact, and it is one of the core points - whether the mayor achieves his final goal or not.
Yep not the leviathan I was looking for 😕😒
No one cares, shut up and move along.
You were looking for a film adaptation of a 17th century book about social contract theory, weren't you?
Fake?
I just want a horror movie based on the whale. why none is made?
Why that thumbnail?
Why not that thumbnail?
Where's the fucking mega fish?!?!
If you haven't watched this movie, here they are, at these moments: 0:18, 0:32, 1:12, 1:21, 1:28. And on the video's screensaver.
This movie feels too real considering what is happening in Ukraine now.
Roses are red,
violets are blue,
I thought this was about a giant whale
and so did you
This kenarmageddon Boxer a broowman monsterkiller
............no just no!
Ele está la consulte a biblia
We need cccp back
D ..........
Very misleading movie title
I read in review by Guardian review that the priest tells Kolya to be like Job and endure adversity and submit to the will of god...he says "you can't get the Leviathan with a fish hook" but he at the end the main character becomes not Job but the beached whale itself.
I came here to see a monster movie trailer
Here he this, at these moments: 0:18, 0:32, 1:12, 1:21, 1:28. And on the video's screensaver. Also, find the book of job, the old Testament, and read about Leviathan, which described there, and find in Google "revenge of Marvin John Himeyer on a bulldozer". This is the way to find and understand LEVIATHAN in this movie.
Rly? Russian movie??
