The games Free to Play, it's called League of Legends. i play it all the time.(Btw, be careful about the community, we have a pretty poor community)
Call me an optimist, but I'd say League's community isn't as bad as a lot of people make it out to be. It's bad at times, to be sure, but I certainly catch fewer racial slurs than on Xbox Live.
The real warning I'd give is in the Free-to-Play aspect. It's not a lie at all, you can buy every champion, every rune (small powerups that can help you out during matches), and every rune page (for you to set your runes in so that you can choose from a larger variety) for free if you play enough games to earn them all. That means literally everything that can possibly affect the outcome of a game is free (one of Riot's core design philosophies is that buying power is the worst thing a game can ask you to do) and the only thing that you have to pay for with real money is skins which are completely cosmetic. Several people I know have had the willpower to not spend any money on this game over the past few years. I am not one of them XD
