We love it grilled w/ a little olive oil, rosemary and then brush a little maple syrup on the squash wedges. We also roast musquee in the oven then make a soup and we also make pies with them as well. Have fun trying put recipes. Looking forward to see what type of recipes Sherrie comes up with.
