Huh? The conditions affording such “concealment” were rare to begin with. Also, such occasions likely did occur on the Eastern Front and Normandy hedgerows.
Mortars and artillery air bursts too. Tank destroyers weren't meant to be messing about near enemy infantry. But, hey, it looks like a tank, so use it like a tank - that's an order sergeant.
It doesn't scale up that well unless you know the units extremely well. If you just play vanilla vehicles it is okay, but otherwise quite quickly it gets very bean county with every model moving in a different order and firing in a different order. It is easy to forget things, such as, oh you know, my tanks shoot with 5 dice, not 4... You will note we generally play with very limited varieties of tanks to keep the numbers in your head to a limit.
Parking between two burning tanks is such a great idea that it's amazing it was used so rarely in real life.

All the pro-gaming moves here!
WOT and it’s predecessor “Tanks” are great little games.
They are cracking little games for an hour of fun. Not to be taken too seriously.
Thank heavens the Kaiser has the correct chair again
I am too short to reach across the board when we play on the smaller boards at the far end of the table!
Looking forward to seeing this!
Hope you like it!
I think the M10 lid was to stop people lobby a grenade in the open top turret.
Makes sense

Like the scatter flock…clump foliage
Yeah, it has a scrubland feel to it I think, which I like.
Where did you get the M10 wolverine lids from?
They come as part of the flames of war kit.
Please do a tutorial on painting the german tanks! They look so good
Something I will have a look at - I am a very average painter so I don't really do hobby videos very often.
Good Game!
My suggestion for the next battle on this game: American Shermans VS Soviet T-34s
We have not had a blue on blue game yet, might have a look at that.
@@ModellingforAdvantage ok
I like this game - a fun hour blowing stuff up and you're done - how does it play with bigger forces do you think?

The stuff we use comes with Bolt Action plastic model kits and as we play that a lot too we have lots of it.
@@ModellingforAdvantage ok thanks!
Are those the Tiger crews from Fury? :)
Haha, probably
Oh no! We suck again!! Tigers got rolled. :( 200 points just isn't enough to have a proper game.
We might scale it up a bit when we bring in the bigger US tanks.
Tigers are Heavy Tank and get a re-roll on defense? I don't think I seen that?
neat eh.
