Still running the O2 sensor. No tune needed with that exhaust and the spark arrestor. But I ended up re-installing the stock header because the full exhaust would not clear the skid plate.
@@falcn12 Maybe if you did something to the intake but I did this for weight. Gains on such a tiny engine are not going to be noticeable so its equivalent to riding down the road and throwing $100 bills in the air. LOL
You’ve got talent-great vid, covered all my questions.
You’re too nice. :-) Thanks for watching.
Did you leave your o2 sensor out? And did you need a tune?

Any problem fitting a skid plate? Does the Delkevic Spark Arrestor fit?
Yes the slip on and spark arrestor fit but the Delkevic header does not fit with the skid plate.
Do you still use it ? Any difference in performance and sound ?
The only reason to go to an aftermarket exhaust is weight. There is hardly ever a performance gain.
Need an ECU tune to take advantage of the full exhaust.

@@MikesProjectsandHobbiesMCI've done the exhaust and ECU tune on my Ninja 400. the gains in the mid-range were very noticeable.
