CMG's Mid-Autumn Festival Gala is taking place in Shenyang this year. This northeastern Chinese city in Liaoning Province was once renowned as China's heavy industry and manufacturing hub. For many years, it was defined by towering chimneys and interlaced steel pipes. However, in recent years, Shenyang has undergone a remarkable transformation. CGTN's Lyne Lin embarks on a day trip to explore how the city has redefined itself and now boasts vibrant cultural and creative scenes.

Nice video. This Northeast China Liaoning capital is pretty vibe, the oldest continual Chinese city. Often seen capital like Peking and Shanghai and Shenzhen. Sure, this capital deserves more video. After all the last Qing dynasty old grand palace and many historical is all found here. And the food here so yummy.

Shenyang is a more liveable city than many other cities in China like Chengdu or Nanjing, the cost of living there in SY is like more than 30% lower than those cities, should be a popular destination.

老四季抻面是世界上最难吃的三种面之一。另外两种是日本拉面和韩国炸酱面。

这一看就是沈阳人😂，老四季是90年代火起来的，那时候东北下岗严重，经济状况很糟，廉价的能吃饱的就是美食了，鸡架也是，但鸡架改良版很多，老四季却是万年不变，也是有些老人在捧场，经久不衰，成了沈阳一种标志性的食物
